After four years of teaching with all Google Apps and laptops and gamification, I think the technology learning curve has finally caught up to what I need. It's only been four days, but already I've seen a huge boost in ability level when it comes to my students and Google Drive. Their questions are about specific, detailed, supplementary issues or, of all things, the actual content they're working on...not just "how do I make a new page"? It's almost like the prediction came true. I'll have to admit that I've been skeptical. I didn't think the corner would ever really turn. But hopefully this is a good omen going forward.
But hey, it's only Day 4. Maybe I'll reserve judgement for another few days...or weeks...or months.
